Jurgh Detailing mag ook niet met ons offerte worden gehouden indien de opdrachtgever/contractant redelijkerwijs mag snappen het (ons bestanddeel aangaande) de offerte een kennelijke vergissing of verschrijving bevat.

Bij dit annuleren door opdrachtgever/contractant over een reeds bevestigde opdracht is opdrachtgever/contractant 25% betreffende het overeengekomen bedrag met annuleringskosten verschuldigd aan Jurgh Detailing.

Opdrachtgever/contractant verklaart met ondertekening van een overeenkomst vanwege het toepassing met vervangend vervoer dat dit voertuig met hem is overhandigd betreffende kentekenkaart, volle tank brandstof, pechhulppas Europa dekking en gaat akkoord betreffende ons eigen risico van € 350,00. Zonder getekende overeenkomst wordt dit voertuig niet in bruikleen meegegeven.

Ingeval de aanvaarding (op ondergeschikte punten) afwijkt aangaande dit in een aanbieding of prijsopgave opgenomen aanbod, kan zijn Jurgh Detailing daaraan niet gebonden. De overeenkomst komt vervolgens ook niet overeenkomstig deze afwijkende aanvaarding tot stand, tenzij Jurgh Detailing anders aangeeft.
